Non-toxic biodegradable mosquito trap. Printed from PLA, works without any propellant.

The growing mosquito and gnat populations have become serious global problems in the past few years.

The toxical way is – as you know – unsustainable because of the propellants we use.

In my opinion, using this item can be a good alternative.

The ultraviolent LED is very desirable for mosquitos. As they fly near to the PC fan it sniffs them into the 3D printed frame and the mosquito net crash them.

Printing of the frame is taken about 7 hours and you can print it from PLA, so it can be biodegradable.

The total cost of making this project is about 20-25 USD, so I can say it’s a cheap solution.
