As you can see (statistic uploaded with the pictures) , more and more households are using air conditioning system. But this way is not going to be sustainable in the future.
In my opinion, using a car heat exchanger can be a good alternative.
You need a well and a pump to be in your garden, or in the near. The water temperature need to be above 20 °C. The water is about 15 °C in my tool.
You have to circulate the cold water through the heat exchanger radiator, and then you can use the warm water for watering the plants or something like that.
According to my experiences, a 60x40cm radiator can be optimum in 50-60 m^2 (in summer, using 15°C cold water).
Use a fan to circulate air through the radiator, and enjoy the cool at your home :))
